Stage 1: Clarifying Your Cleaning Needs

When you sign up, the Anozine Cleaning Services Tracker begins.

You will be asked to complete a discovery questionnaire to help us understand your cleaning requirements. We will then work closely with you to develop a plan to achieve your goals.

Stage 2: Assessing Opportunities

Within 30 days of signing up, on an agreed date, a specialist will physically inspect your property and identify areas that may require attention. A full and thorough assessment is undertaken at this stage.  

We may provide additional recommendations following a physical visit. The assessment and recommendations provide the benchmark for our results and are reviewed frequently with our clients.
