Disinfectants and Microfiber Cloths

Our microfiber cloths are designed specifically for more effective cleaning. They achieve this by trapping dirt, holding it in a positively charged state and removing 100% of dust particles. We combined this technology with hospital-strength disinfectants for a thorough, deep clean.

Cloths are also color-coded to eliminate cross contamination. A highlight of this approach is that we exclusively use single use cleaning sheets for disinfecting restrooms, which reduces the spread of germs and harmful bacteria to other areas of your property.

Our microfiber mops are 1/16^th the size of a human hair and hold eight times more weight in water. These tiny fibers penetrate the microscopic pores of surfaces increasing cleaning quality. They also produce fast results, with limited chemical usage, when cleaning and disinfecting floor surfaces.

Backpack Vacuums

Our Back-Pack Vacuum Technology operators are trained to use our approved backpack vacuums, which use a four-part HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter system.

This system can remove up to 99.99% of particles as small as 0.3 microns (PM0.3). Unlike Beater Bar vacuums, the Back-Pack Vacuum Technology can remove particles, rather than spreading dust and dirt into the air. Our approved systems are able to:

• Create a healthier environment for your property and employees
• Decrease dust collection on your equipment or furniture
• Reduce the risk of respiratory infection in your environment.

We take pride in working within the spirit and the framework set forth by many federal agencies, the Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Our cleaning chemicals cover a greater surface area, while limiting product use, ensuring we meet our Cleaning Greener initiative.

We also work with Spartan Chemical Company to provide Green Seal® certified products and disinfectants that are effective against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VRE), Influenza A (H1N1) and Covid-19.

Product: Sniper®

We exclusively use Sniper® solution – an Environmental Protection Agency, hospital-registered disinfectant. The Environmental Protection Agency has rated Sniper® in the least toxic and safest category for disinfectants.

The active ingredient in Sniper® solution is Chlorine Dioxide. This biocide has proved to be safe and highly effective. It kills and eliminates the most harmful bacteria including C-Diff (clostridium difficile). The solution has been independently tested on numerous bacteria and found to be highly effective.

Cluttered or high-touch areas, such as desks, furniture, phones, or restroom, for example, can be treated with the solution as it evaporates easily from surfaces.
